Please remember that although we are usually on our IRC channel 24/7, we are human and may not see your question for some time. If you leave a question there and do not receive an answer while you are on the IRC channel, please contact us using one of the other communication methods. We want to help and find it frustrating to see questions the next morning from someone who has already left.
